I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) with over 4 years of experience in mental health. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, coping skills, self-esteem, and relationship issues, and I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Carolina University.
