I am Alexander "Alex" Arici, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 4 years of experience specializing in treating individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, depression, personality disorders, and more. I am particularly passionate about supporting youth, young adults, and individuals navigating life transitions, including those in middle and late adulthood. I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Montclair State University.
As a former foster care youth, I bring personal experience to my work, having navigated the challenges of “the system” with all of its ups and downs. This background helps me connect with clients on a deeper level, especially those dealing with complex life situations. Life can be complicated and overwhelming, and therapy is meant to be a safe space.
