I work with teens, adults and couples specializing in infertility and post-partum care, school and peer issues, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. With individuals, I draw on CBT, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. With couples, I use Gottman Method couples counseling to increase emotional connection and resolve conflict. I have advanced training in supporting clients through infertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, and the transition to parenthood.
