Welcome! I am Alexa Williams from Essence of Balance Counseling and Coaching. I provide telehealth therapy and coaching in the states of South Carolina, Florida, and Delaware. I have worked with clients from various diverse backgrounds and life circumstances in my career for the past 8 years. I primarily work with individuals and couples from the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) communities. Providing services for individuals needing therapy or coaching . I am a LGBTQ+ affirming provider. Integrating various therapy modalities, including Psychodynamic, Existential, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I provide therapy and coaching services. In therapy I work with clients to improve anxiety, depression, boundaries in relationships, communication, emotional regulation, and life transitions. In coaching I guide clients in identifying values, setting boundaries, and navigating modern dating to find fulfilling and authentic relationships.
