I deeply believe that each individual is the expert on themselves. I view the therapeutic relationship as mutually participatory, vulnerable, and authentic. Connection, community, and safety are integral to the healing process, so you can expect me to be present in each session with these tenets at the forefront of my mind. My approach is relational, anti-oppressive, culturally humble, casual, sex-positive, and gender-affirming. While I have specifically worked with victim/survivors of sexual violence and complex trauma, I am excited to accompany folks on all forms of healing journeys.
I use trauma-informed, relational, strengths-based, and system approaches to gently assist folks in navigating life's challenges. I do not believe there is a "one-size-fits-all" type of therapy, so I will collaborate with you to tailor an approach that fits your unique needs.
