I specialize in working with neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to express what they need. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, emotional regulation, masking, people-pleasing, or navigating identity and life transitions. My role is to help you or your child feel seen, supported, and confident being fully yourself without needing to change who you are.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, gentle, and strengths-based. I do not focus on fixing you. I help you understand yourself more deeply, feel more confident, and build coping skills that support your emotional needs. You do not have to come in with the right words. We figure it out together at your pace.
