Hi, I'm Alexa! I’m a fully licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in Las Vegas, NV. I aim to blend empathy and warmth with evidence-based techniques to help you achieve the personal growth and relief you've been searching for. In every session, my goal is to create a safe space in which clients can be themselves. Here, we can explore what is necessary to gain meaningful insight and create change, together. I have over a decade of experience working within the community and therapeutic roles, graduated with my MS in clinical mental health counseling in 2016, and began full-time practice in 2020.
My areas of expertise include: managing chronic health conditions, grief, navigating difficult family dynamics, ADHD burnout, anxiety, depression & other mood disorders. I’m a nationally certified GIP (Grief Informed Professional) and am trained (not licensed) in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) techniques for the treatment of PTSD symptoms.
