At Rabbit Holes Counseling, LLC, I am grateful to be part of a practice that values neurodiverse-affirming mental health care, authenticity, and a strengths-based approach.
Throughout my time in school, I bring experience from an outpatient clinic, a college counseling center, and community mental health. As I begin as a professional, I am working with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem.
My approach is integrative and person-centered. I believe therapy should feel like a collaboration, and I work alongside you to explore what feels most supportive, empowering, and meaningful for you.
