I am passionate about supporting adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I especially enjoy working with teens and find it meaningful to support them during such a formative and often complex stage of life. Many of the clients I work with are experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, stress, low self-esteem, or adjustment to new life stages and changes.
I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where clients feel safe to share their stories and be fully themselves.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from a range of evidence-based interventions to meet each person’s unique needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model.
I take a collaborative approach, working alongside clients to identify strengths, build on areas of growth, and develop practical coping strategies for managing life’s stressors.
I also place strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, as I believe trust and connection are essential to meaningful progress in therapy.
