I work with adolescents and young adults ages 13-30 utilizing Person-Centered Therapy, holistic approaches, CBT, DBT, and listening deeply to what your body is telling you. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor having primarily worked in residential inpatient treatment with the recent transition into private practice. I continue to be honored I get to guide, walk with, love on, and support individuals. Primarily, I work with clients debilitated and struggling with anxiety, depression, identity (navigating who they are created to be), trauma (religious trauma as well), grief, self-compassion, and LGBTQIA-associated traumas.
My heart and soul are for people and their flourishing. My hope with each person I get to sit across from is that we work together to identify what tools they need to live in a way that brings peace, love, joy, gentleness, and passion. I deeply believe in people and their ability to thrive and to experience life in a way they never have before.
With each client, we work together. I am not you, but I do want to help you know parts of you that may not even be in your awareness. My clients and I build a rich rapport through a space filled with warmth, safety, openness, freedom to express and process, non-judgmental space, and a love for who you already are and who you are to become.
