My ideal clients are adults who are ready to move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin understanding the deeper patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Many struggle with trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship challenges, or a persistent feeling of losing themselves while trying to meet everyone else's needs. They often know something needs to change but aren't sure why they keep repeating the same cycles. With over 10 years in the mental health field, I help clients better understand themselves, reconnect with their strengths, and create lasting change from the inside out.
I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and am EMDR-trained, helping adults heal from the lasting effects of trauma, anxiety, OCD, attachment wounds, and difficult life experiences. My approach combines evidence-based treatments with a warm, relational style that helps you feel truly seen while also gently challenging the patterns that no longer serve you.
