Are you feeling disconnected even from yourself, self-aware but still stuck, noticing how an experience haunts your life? I partner with clients who want to get over what's happened to them, explore who they are, and figure out what’s in the way of the life they crave. I specialize in working with clients thru complex trauma, estrangement, grief, & anxiety using EMDR and relational approaches. I welcome clients from any background & I am happy to support members of LGBTQ+ or neurodiverse communities.

My goal is to provide my clients with experiences of belonging and safety. I use a somatic, attachment, and nervous system-informed lens for our work, focusing on the connection between body, mind, and emotional health.
