I am a mental health and substance use counselor based in Kitsap County and providing telehealth services throughout Washington. I work primarily with adults and teenagers ages 13+. I am comfortable working with a variety of people and problems, but am especially experienced with treating addiction (including nicotine use), trauma/ PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders of all kinds, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. I do offer letters for gender-affirming care.
I strive to practice from a trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, social justice-focused lens, with an emphasis on helping you recognize and empower yourself against the systemic and societal factors that can significantly affect your wellbeing. I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a few different modalities to suit your individual needs.
