I have practiced for 5+ years as a licensed creative art therapist (LCAT). My practice specializes in working with adults of all ages. I put focus into making the unconscious conscious, working through core beliefs to develop a new sense of awareness. The symptoms a person experiences are part of a deeper issue, which we will work to uncover together. We will seek to better understand how environment, systems, culture, & relationships interact with historical & present thoughts, emotions and somatic experiences.
Sessions can involve verbal processing and/or artistic expression. A Flexible Vine doesn't wait for an ideal environment to allow it to grow. It moves to where it needs to be to thrive. Together we will develop the tools that support your growth.
