I am a psychologist licensed in PA and NY. I specialize in working with children, teens, parents, and young adults who are navigating past trauma, intense emotions, and relationship challenges. My areas of expertise include childhood trauma, attachment, and emotion regulation. Many of my clients are experiencing difficulties in an important relationship, whether with parents, your child/teen, romantic partners, peers, or family. Others experience overwhelming, confusing, or numbed emotions that they struggle to understand, express, and manage.
Many put off therapy, unsure if they’re ready, worried about past negative experiences, or are new to therapy and find it hard to trust or ask for help. They don’t want to feel judged or like someone is reading their mind. I understand how hard it is to get here and sit in that chair each week. I do my best to make therapy easier, comfortable, and worth it.
