I have a strong interest in all aspects of human sexuality which means I am sex positive and kink friendly. I have experience working with adults to address self-esteem, family dynamics, depression, anxiety and trauma. 100% human, no AI is being used.
I love to talk about intimacy, identity and confidence. We often get messages growing up about what we "should" be, and I want to help challenge those "shoulds". I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness and humor in most of my sessions. I offer validation, gentle challenges, and a different way of looking at things.
