Not accepting new clients at this time. I really enjoy working with clients who are addressing confidence, self-esteem and intimacy concerns. I am sex positive, kink-friendly and affirming. I have experience working with adults to address self-esteem, relationship issues, communication barriers and boundaries, in addition to other emotional concerns. I am also comfortable addressing anxiety and depressive symptoms. I have training in processing trauma narratives and am working toward becoming a Certified Sex Therapist.
As a person centered therapist, I truly want to get to know YOU, and help you get to know yourself. I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness and humor in most of my sessions. I am not uncomfortable talking about sex, intimacy, orientation and exploration, because those are part of you.
My hope is that you leave the session thinking about things in a different way, and to overall be more gentle with yourself. It is hard to be a human being, and we are often the hardest on ourselves. I look forward to meeting you!
