With curiosity and compassion, I guide you in exploring challenges, reflecting on your experiences, and cultivating self-awareness, helping you reconnect with yourself and the people, goals, and experiences that matter most to you.
Through a collaborative, experiential process, we’ll slow down and be fully present with whatever arises. Whether indoors or walking outdoors, therapy becomes a space to reconnect, explore, and grow.
