Groups
Journal Writing Group for Teens

This group will use journal writing prompts to help teens (14-19) improve their capacity for mentalization (thinking about their thinking) in order to develop self awareness, emotional regulation and enhance problem solving skills. Teens will learn various writing techniques to help them achieve different goals such as getting to know different parts of themselves; tracking their progress and future goals; improving friendships and family dynamics; and tapping into creativity. Participants do not need to have any experience with writing or journaling and will not be required to share their entries!
