Learning to navigate and transition into this world can be intimidating. I am passionate about helping clients create an understanding and confidence in their mental health journey. I have a Masters in Art Therapy and 5 years of mental health work within hospital systems and private practice settings. I specialize in LGBTQIA+, OCD, and Disordered Eating from ages 12 and up.
I blend art making, talk therapy, and somatic therapy to create a unique approach. While I encourage art making when words fall short, it is not mandatory. My clients are welcome to lead the sessions, and determine the course of our work together. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment that fosters growth and healing.
