Hello and welcome. For nearly 10 years I have been in practice and have worked in a variety of settings. During this time I have had the privilege of working with some incredible people and have learned a lot about myself and the process of counseling when it comes to relationships with others and the relationship we have with ourselves. I work from a Family Systems Approach - a "fancy" way of saying I believe the people closest to us have impacted our lives from childhood into adulthood.
