I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and AASECT-certified sex therapist- I specialize in supporting individuals and relationships with sexual concerns, including sexual dysfunction, trauma, difficulties with emotional and physical closeness and communication.
My work extends beyond sex therapy to include support for anxiety, depression, and self-exploration. Sexuality is deeply connected to other parts of who you are, and together we’ll also explore those dimensions– supporting the development of a more positive, integrated sense of self.
Therapy is a collaborative process of co-discovery. We’ll make space to connect the dots between your past and present, while developing practical tools that feel grounded and useful.
