My aim is to help you build strength and connection in your or your child's life. If you have a trauma history, a complicated family, and challenges with your mood, we could be a good fit. I've worked extensively with kids and adults dealing with depression and anxiety, as well as offered parental guidance sessions with parents of children aged 4-18 years old. I truly believe we can work together to build the life you appreciate.
I see clients through a trauma lens and an attachment lens. I seek to work together to build self-compassion, vulnerability, and curiosity about yourself. The stress of life, made more complicated by trauma, can take away choice. Let's see what choices you want to make going forward. I often use CBT, DBT, and ACT, and seek to tailor therapy to each person.
