Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, I allow my clients to investigate themselves using different methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I welcome clients of all backgrounds and intersections, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ identifying individuals.

I have a strong passion for working with diverse individuals and providing the best support I can to everyone’s unique situations. I elect to use an intersection of empirically-based methods, multicultural consciousness, and feminist theory in my approach. I provide a judgment-free space to allow my clients to feel heard and validated.
