Life can be messy, chaotic, and complicated. In my practice, it is my goal to support clients to embrace all the parts of them in healing from trauma. When working with those that have experienced trauma, I've found that individuals can feel shame over how they've survived, what they've experienced, or who they are. In our sessions, we come together to learn the various ways you've survived and understand how they serve you currently. You don't need fixing or saving; instead, we work together to find deeper understanding, compassion, and acceptance of yourself.
I am a queer, curious, affirming, person-centered, HAES-aligned, trauma-informed clinician. I believe integrating mindfulness, the breath, and the body into our work can be a powerful way connect to yourself and support healing from trauma. I use an equitable pricing model as I believe therapy should be accessible to all and a part of community care.
You're worthy of being heard, seen, and valued. I welcome you to join me as we appreciate your past, this present moment, and everything the future has to offer. I look forward to working with you!

Groups
Our Resilience

Our Resilience is a processing group for survivors of sexual assault, abuse, and violence. This virtual group is intended to create an intentional, safe space for survivors to connect and support each other in their healing from trauma. Each group session will include a check-in, yoga or meditation exercise, discussion, and check-out. Although I am a licensed therapist in DC, this group is not a therapy support group. Since it is not a therapy group, individuals may reside anywhere in the US. Read more at ourcollectivespace.com/our-resilience
