I believe that with the right tools and support, you can feel like yourself again, reconnect with yourself and your relationships, and live life on your terms. Whether you are facing a new challenge, difficulties within relationships, are pregnant, or are a new parent trying to adjust to life with a baby, I provide a safe, warm place and direct approach to help guide you along the path to healing.
I work with teens, young adults, and women, and specialize in treating anxiety. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, parenting, and life transitions. I also specialize in the treatment of pregnant and postpartum moms and am a certified perinatal therapist (PMH-C).
