You and your story deserve to be heard - in a safe, supportive environment, and on your terms. Many of my clients have been trying to figure out their place in the world. It could be from undiagnosed neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism), coming into your sexuality or gender, feeling like your life is moving in a different direction than your upbringing, or even that some negative experiences (past or present) are keeping you separate from those around you.

My specialty is working with neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ folx of all ages, and adults and teens with a history of trauma. Trauma can transform into a bunch of different issues if left un-dealt-with (anger, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, the list goes on…), and feeling like your inner world doesn't match the outside can do just the same.

I’m passionate about collaborating with my clients to ensure that our sessions are a supportive space for you to work through things when you’re ready.
