Hi, I’m Alex! (she/her)
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, eating disorders, and major life transitions. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and trauma-informed.
In therapy, my goal is to show up as a real human- empathetic, down-to-earth, and ready to hold space for whatever you’re carrying. I became a therapist because I care deeply about people feeling truly seen and supported, especially during the hardest times. You don’t have to go through pain alone, and you definitely don’t have to pretend to have it all together here.
I believe in normalizing mental health struggles and creating a space where you can be messy, honest, and fully yourself. I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to build a genuine, no-judgment relationship where you feel safe, understood, and maybe even laugh a little along the way.
