Through the blessing, love, and support of many people in my life, I am happy to have the opportunity to see clients through my own private practice: Beloved Counseling Services.
My faith is integral for who I am as a person. It informs the deep belief that you and I are loved and worth loving. It informs my perspective that counseling is often a journey to discover a deep and innate Love that exists within us. That we are Beloved.
When we slow down and become present, we become aware of all the different “parts” of ourselves (i.e., our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, beliefs, memories, etc.) that deeply need the intentional time and space that counseling provides. By calling these various human experiences “parts,” we are better able to acknowledge, understand, and process experiences.
When we begin to become aware and notice these “parts” of us, they begin to settle in their intensity or control and instead a deeply centered, steady, and innate place within us comes forward. We begin to live from a deeper core place from our heart. A place within us that is innately good and full of love.
