I'm extremely passionate about helping others live to their truest potential. Work transitions, life stressors, family issues, it all takes a toll. Life is heavy, but it can get lighter through small changes that make deep impact. My clients often share their work with me has helped them to set healthier boundaries, find their voice and reason, understand and express their feelings accurately, and live a life that is more aligned with who they truly want to be. My connections with clients are built of deep empathy, lightheartedness, and openness.
I am a fully remote provider. Telehealth provides an additional sense of comfort and safety that cannot always be replicated in an office setting. Some may not be appropriate for telehealth, if you have questions or concerns, please reach out to me.
I consider myself someone who never stops learning. I have advanced training in DBT, EMDR, and Somatic therapy. Individualized care is an utmost priority; I take the extra step to attending trainings that are specific to the clientele I am working with to assure they are getting the best care possible.
