About
I am currently providing therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I also provide parent guidance. My work is based predominantly on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a psychotherapeutic approach aimed at reducing distressed moods and problematic behaviors by identifying and altering maladaptive patterns of thought. Research has shown that CBT can be a highly effective treatment option for a number of mental health concerns. In addition, I am a Licensed School Psychologist specializing in applying clinical techniques to manage social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties in children and adolescents in the school setting.
I specialize in working with people seeking help with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD), ADHD, behavioral issues, social difficulties, weight loss, academic underachievement, relationships, life decisions or adjustments, loss, chronic pain and illness.
