My approach draws on psychodynamic, existential, and trauma-informed frameworks, with a focus on depth-oriented work that seeks to understand not only what someone is struggling with, but why. I also consult and speak nationally on intergenerational trauma, family systems, personality disorders, and substance use disorders.
