I provide short and long term therapy sessions. Customizable to each and every client. Group therapy is my specialty, where the clients have a more comprehensive way to receive the help they seek, within their budget. The group sessions will give clients the support system, keep sessions within their budget, and process the information at their own pace.
My approach to therapy session provides an opportunity to each and every client to work at their pace, with empathy, building rapport, and find the right approach. Groups
Anxiety Process Group
Anxiety Process Group: group focuses on offering support and providing you CBT anxiety reduction strategies to break free from Panic Attacks, Social Anxiety, OCD and Phobias. Evaluation is required prior to joining to determine appropriateness of fit. Group Therapy allows for each individual to have a support system, learn how other manage their Anxiety, triggers and coping skills. Groups are six people or less in doors and 9 people outdoors (Orange-indoor, Long Beach, CA-Outdoor, 80 min sessions)
