Welcome! Therapy should be a safe place where you can be yourself without judgement, and I strive to provide that environment for all of my clients. I use a person-centered approach and meet clients where they are at in life while we work through things together.
I love helping individuals navigate through a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and eating disorders! I utilize various modalities in sessions including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Looking for a therapist and reaching out is a brave thing to do! It is a huge step and give yourself some credit for doing this! I would truly love to help you achieve your goals. Feel free to contact me if you think we would be a great fit! I would love to meet you, work alongside you, and I am here to support you to a life of growth and healing!
