My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I am a trained Therapist through EMDRIA, and I integrate EMDR with relational, attachment-focused therapy. EMDR helps clients process experiences that talk therapy alone can’t always reach, especially when the body still reacts to events the mind believes are “in the past.” I support clients with practical coping skills, deeper emotional processing, and a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and affirmation. You set the pace, and we work together toward lasting change—not quick fixes.
