As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work primarily with couples and adult individuals focused on improving relationships with the person they love or those who play important parts in their lives. Finding a way to be on the same page with those who we care about most can be difficult. Learning to strengthen relationship bonds through meaningful ways of connection and expression can be a powerful experience in establishing self-confidence, strong resolve, and long-lasting partnerships.
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I also offer MFT supervision and consultation to associate level and licensed professionals focused on providing therapy with a systemic approach.
