With 24 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist I bring a strengths-based, collaborative approach to every session. My training is integrative, I draw from EMDR, the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) to build a treatment plan.
