My job is to help you befriend the vulnerable parts of yourself that might have been overlooked or shamed. By slowing you down and helping you make sense of your emotional experience, my hope is that you will feel more connected to yourself and others. That way, the ups and downs of life feel more manageable and you're living a more authentic life.
