Hello! I’m Alex, a queer-identified and neurodivergent therapist. In our space, it is my goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and welcoming place where you can feel safe to share about whatever is coming up for you. I’m passionate about working with people pleasers, Highly Sensitive People (HSP), and LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals. Many of the clients I work with are seeking deeper self-understanding, healing from developmental or relational trauma, and more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. I am HAES-aligned (Health at Every Size), LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming.

I use a flexible approach integrating modalities like mindfulness, somatic work, and internal family systems (IFS), but the foundation of my approach is rooted in attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology. I believe that creating relational safety is the anchor of therapy, and I use other modalities in ways that build on this essential foundation.
