I am a Mixed Race, Mexican, Second Generation immigrant, Queer Femme. My approach is somatic, meaning body based, and intersectional, being aware of your identities, as well as generational, historical and ongoing trauma that impact many of our communities and they ways we survive and continue to fight for our joy and wisdom.
I have 7+ years experience and have completed the 3 year Somatic Experiencing program for trauma, Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma, and Indigenous Tools for Living.
