About
***ONLY PRACTICING VIRTUAL CURRENTLY*** If this is your first time in therapy, I know that it can be an uncomfortable situation putting yourself out there, but I just wanted to say, you came to the right place. It is a huge step to be able to advocate yourself and acknowledge the fact that you may need some more support in some areas of your life. If it is not your first time, welcome back! I am looking forward to working with you.
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults struggling with issues related to depression, self harm, suicidal ideation, substance use, eating disorders, grief and loss, developmental delays, anxiety, stress, defiance, trauma and family conflict/systems. I am also EMDR trained and can provide virtual EMDR sessions.
My therapeutic approach is empathetic, client centered and strength based. I use CBT, DBT skills, Solution focused therapy, as well as meeting the client where they are at and assessing any other skills that need to be implemented. If you think that I would be a good fit for you, please don't hesitate to contact me.
