I work with couples, families, young adults, and teens on a wide range of issues from the intrapersonal to the interpersonal.

I work to help individual clients understand and quiet their harmful self-talk in order to create a more compassionate internal environment. With couples and families the goal is build safe and secure connection between individuals so each person can feel valued and loved.
