Why do bad things happen and what do we do with them? Have you been afflicted by loss and grief or need help to find purpose? Sometimes life is hard, sometimes life is unfair, and sometimes the suffering is so palpable that it is hard to see beyond the pain. When the mire of life traps us, often the most helpful thing is a hand to grasp that can help us find our way out. What I often see in practice are people grappling with heartache in some form or another; whether it be the recent death of a loved one, the loss of identity, or simply an inability to sleep. People need companionship to help face difficult feelings.
I am somebody who finds the mess of life sobering and purpose driven as a means to help others. I am a former artist who finds that what he loves about work is the people and the soul. I focus in areas of trauma, grief, spirituality, identity, and take a humanistic, acceptance and commitment. I am also EMDR certified and can treat severe trauma.
