I strive to create change through healing, growth, and perspective. I believe that the client-therapist relationship is an important partnership in helping individuals change. I like working with clients who are struggling to navigate the stressors of life, and have difficulty coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and addiction. In addition, I have experience working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders and personality disorders. I also enjoy providing couples therapy and working with individuals of all ages.

I use a person-centered approach, to help me understand your perspective and experiences with your mental health concerns. I also like to use treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive therapies, DBT, and EMDR to help those I work with instill hope into their lives, and work through the difficulties of life.
