I have always enjoyed getting to know the depths of what is going on inside of people. My favorite clients have been hurt and have kept masks on for a while. Their intuition tells them that coming to life means revealing their truth and becoming present with what's going on inside of them. My therapy is not designed to be a one size fits all and I appreciate those who are motivated to grow, even if they're not sure exactly the direction. I enjoy working with anyone overcoming trauma and anyone looking for a big permanent change in their life. I also provide supervision for therapists in training.

I specialize in extended programs that create a permanent change in the way people feel about themselves and relate to the world. I am a graduate of the Jungian Psychotherapist Program at the Jung Institute in Chicago and completed level 3 training in Gottman couples therapy. Depth, Existentialism, Feminist, and Hermeneutical Psychology are home base for me.

As a mental health and depth based therapist I believe that acceptance, knowledge, skills, and generosity are essential to get our lives back on track. In order to find a sense of belonging in our bodies and in the world I encourage clients to find courage, dare greatly, and reposition their relationship with shame.
