As a mental health counselor, I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and improve their overall well-being. In our sessions, we'll use various therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness and relaxation exercises, to help you gain better control over your anxiety and depression symptoms. I will use a variety of treatment methods and tools to address your needs such as Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Mindfulness Techniques, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Psychoeducation, Person-centered therapy.
