I operate from the foundational theory of Alfred Adler, which primarily views human well-being through the lens of social connection. Through quality relationships, we gain the senses of safety, security, belonging, and significance. These four ingredients in tandem with courage allow each of us to build the life we desire.
As a (single) parent, I understand the difficulties in balancing roles at home, at work, and other social obligations while attempting to make time to care for ourselves.
