I specialize in couples therapy using exclusively the Gottman Method, I am level 2 trained.
I also specialize with folks struggling with addiction/in recovery, anxiety and depression. No matter what stage of your journey you are at with your recovery, you will be met with unconditional compassionate care. I do not subscribe to a single method of recovery or a single way of working toward your goals. What works for you to help you live the life you want to live is most important for our work together.
I have worked in Wilderness Therapy, crisis management centers, community mental health and private practice.
For individuals, I use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). It is a mindfulness and behavioral based therapy approach. Learning how to be present, open up and do what matters most to you. Learning what matters most to you and working toward living how you want to live.
I use the Gottman method for Couples therapy. I am level 2 Gottman trained.
