I believe that opportunities for growth and transformation are everywhere, and that a major part of the work of therapy is recognizing and opening ourselves to these possibilities. With a background in movement practices, I pay close attention to how we inhabit our bodies, and see present-moment embodiment, ease, and joy as important parts of therapeutic work.
I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns and goals. I also bring a strong background in working with neurodivergent adults, approaching therapy with creativity and flexibility that attends to physical, social, and emotional well-being.
