Thank you for arriving here with me. Whether you are experiencing past trauma that is resurfacing, the weight of burnout, or the quiet exhaustion that comes from always being the strong one, you deserve a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. I help adults (18+) explore their inner worlds with compassion and curiosity. Clients often come to me navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, self-esteem challenges, self-identity or major life transitions like loss of a loved one, breakup/divorce or perimenopause/menopause. My intention is to provide safe space to land.
My work is grounded in IFS(Internal Family Systems),somatic approaches and Accelerated Resolution Therapy(ART) to help you understand what's happening inside and gently create more ease and regulation.Together we can work toward healing the parts of you that carry pain,shame or fear, so you can feel more at home with yourself.I am an LICSW supervisor.
In our sessions, my goal is to offer a space where you can be fully yourself-where your inner child feels supported, your nervous system can exhale, and you can move towards harmony and empowerment.
