I utilize approaches that have been shown to be effective in both research and personal experience. I am trained in emotionally focused couples therapy (EFT), which allows me to help couples build a deeper attachment and improve communication of emotions. I am also EMDR trained and have advanced training and research on men's issues.
I believe in empowering clients while giving them tools to help them approach life with a greater sense of confidence and safety. I am interactive and engaged and look forward to creating a new relationship with clients where we explore your past, present and future to help you have a better understanding of yourself and your world.
